Portable tracks can be carried in or sent to our showroom at 42 Toh Guan Road East, #01-82 Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608583.

Carry in or send the adaptor to the showroom. Our technical team verifies and documents the cause of failure.

An adaptor damaged by misuse or a third-party accessory doesn't qualify for a claim — but it doesn't have to be the end of it.

The Add-On Lifetime Warranty is offered for a limited time, to new and existing customers in the Singapore domestic market only.
The warranty is valid only where an eligible Line8 product was purchased through Line8 directly, through our Experience Centres, or through an Authorized Reseller.

Your Line8 Power Track is made by hand in Singapore and might contain some slight imperfections.
- Non-Line8 products from third parties. Any warranty for these is provided by their manufacturer or supplier.
- Wear and tear that occurs naturally through normal use — changes in colour, abrasions, and the general breakdown of materials over time.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function, such as scratches or dents.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, omission, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions relating to the product's use.
- Damage caused by flood, fire, earthquake, power changes, or other hazards.
- Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Line8.
- Damage caused by service carried out by anyone who is not a representative of Line8 or a Line8 authorised distributor.
- Damage caused by unauthorised attempts to open, repair or modify the product.
- Damage caused by use with non-Line8 products, where the non-Line8 product caused the damage.
- Damage caused by forcing an adaptor into the track upside down. The safety key is designed to prevent upside-down insertion and protect against reverse polarity — never force an adaptor into the track.
- Damage from sub-standard third-party plugs. Line8 products are fire-resistant, but heat from non-compliant conductors in a third-party adapter can melt its external plastic and bond it to the Line8 adaptor, rendering it unusable.
- Add-on accessories, including IoT Terminals, USB Chargers and multimedia accessories.
- Any damage to, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
All requests for warranty service must be made within the Warranty Period, and must be accompanied by the original dated proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred in returning a product or parts to Line8 or to Line8's authorised distributors. Products must be packaged appropriately to ensure safe shipment. Line8 is not liable for damage resulting from insufficient or poor packaging.
