Terms and Conditions of Official 5 Year Warranty

We stand behind the legendary quality and craftsmanship of all our power tracks and adaptors. Our warranty is valid only when an eligible Line8 product is purchased through Line8 directly or our Experience Centres or through an Authorized Reseller.

If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality (such as scratches or dents). Any damage to, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.

Your Line8 Power Track is made by hand in Singapore and might contain some slight imperfections.

Limited 5 Year Warranty

Line8 guarantees all our Power Tracks and Tap-off Adaptors against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty

Our Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Line8 products from third parties. Any warranty for non-Line8 products from third parties shall be provided by the manufacturer and/or supplier of the product(s).

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Usual wear and tear not covered by the warranty include changes in colour, abrasions, and general breakdown of materials over time.

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, omission, improper installation and/or failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use

Damage caused by flood, fire, earthquake, power changes, other hazards

Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Line8;

Damage caused by service carried out by anyone who is not a representative of Line8 or Line8’s authorised distributors;

Damage caused by unauthorised attempts to open, repair and/or modify the product; vii. damage caused by use with non-Line8 products, if such damage is caused by the non-Line8 product.

  

Warranty & Repair Process

Tracks

If the track is a portable track you may carry-in or send it to our showroom at 42 Toh Guan Road East #01-82 Enterprise Hub Singapore 608583.

If the track is mounted on the wall, contact us on our Singapore service hotline (+65 9018 8104 or +65 8874 5547) to make an appointment for our technical team to service your track on-site. We will impose a S$50 transport fee in the event that the cause of failure is not covered under warranty, there will be a cost of spare parts to repair the product.

Adaptors

Carry-in or send in the adaptor to our showroom at 42 Toh Guan Road East #01-82 Enterprise Hub Singapore 608583. We will take in your adaptor for our technical team to verify and document the cause of failure this will usually take about 10 working days.

In the event that the cause of failure is not covered under warranty, we may impose an S$8 service fee + the cost of spare parts to repair the product.

All requests for warranty service must be made within the Warranty Period and be accompanied by the original dated proof of purchase.


The Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred for the return of the product and/or part(s) to Line8 and/or Line8’s authorised distributors. The product and/or part(s) must be packaged appropriately to ensure safe shipment, and Line8 is not liable for any damage resulting from insufficient or poor packaging.
